90s vintage sparkly mini dress with an asymmetrical angled hem and a mix of gold and silver glitter! By the brand Hair Spray, made in USA. Marked as size medium (28" waist), pinned slightly for the pics. Lots of stretch! Total length is about 28" at the shortest point and 34" at the longest. No zipper, wiggles on.
