Holy Thrift is based in the United States and all prices are in USD ($). We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Afterpay.
International duties + taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon delivery determined by the shipment’s destination country. Please note that the recipient of the shipment is responsible for any fees or duties if found by customs.
shipping + processing times
Domestic U.S. shipping is a flat $8, or just $0.99 when you shop through the Holy Thrift app. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Our girls are from all over the world: in the States, across the pond, and down under. If your order includes pieces from multiple vendors, they may arrive in separate packages, but you'll only pay for shipping once.
Vintage items: typically ship in 3 business days.
Made-to-order Indie + custom designs: shipping time varies by designer and will be specified in the product description. These can take 3 weeks or longer to ship.
International orders: if your order contains items from multiple vendors, it may require additional processing time, as we consolidate items into one package before shipping. If your order requires consolidation, we'll reach out after purchase to keep you informed of the expected shipping timeline.
Ordering for a specific date or event? We recommend contacting us before purchasing to confirm the estimated shipping timeline.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated? Sometimes carriers miss a scan or experience delays updating tracking information, even when your package is moving through their network. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, please reach out to us with your order number. We're happy to help investigate and determine the next steps!
return policy
You can add Checkout+ to your order at checkout to receive FREE 90-day returns. If Checkout+ is not added to the order, the item is final sale (except in the case of any error on our part).

I opted in to Checkout+; how can I start my return?
Start your return here and your return label is covered. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we'll issue a full refund as long as the return was started within 90 days of delivery. After 90 days, the item becomes final sale.
Lost, stolen or damaged in transit: You can start a claim here. If you opted into Checkout+, your order is covered by package protection. Once your claim is approved, we'll replace the item at no extra cost, or issue a refund or store credit if it's out of stock. For damaged items, please include a photo of the damage when you file. If you opted out of Checkout+, your order is not protected against carrier loss or damage, and we're unable to cover replacements for shipping-related issues.

sizing
Vintage sizing can vary significantly between brands and decades, so we always recommend shopping by measurements rather than the size on the tag. Grab a tape measure!
Our listed measurements are intended to help you determine your best fit. For example, if a dress is described as fitting a 34" bust, it's generally best suited for someone with a bust measurement of 34" or less, depending on the fabric and desired fit.
Most of our sellers also model their own pieces and provide their sizing. Any adjustments made for photos, such as pinning, will be noted in the product description for transparency.

item condition
Vintage items are 20+ years old, so expect normal signs of age and wear. Transparency is important to us. Within each item listing, you'll find detailed descriptions unique to each garment and accessory, along with multiple product shots. If there is a visible flaw, we notate and photograph it in the listing. Please ensure to read item descriptions before placing an order. While we source high-quality items, flaws are rare, but if present, we always disclose them.
