How fast will my order ship?
We typically take 3-5 business days to ship orders, unless it's a custom piece. For made-to-order items, the shipping time will be specified in the product description and may take up to 4 weeks for production, as these items are handmade.
How do I know if it’s my size?
Vintage clothing fit is best determined by your measurements, so grab a tape measure! Our measurements reflect the approximate size (in inches) that would be comfortable for you to wear. For instance, if we describe a dress as fitting approximately a 36-inch bust, that means you should measure 36 inches around the bust (or less), including your chosen undergarments.
Most of our stylists double as their own models, styling garments in their size or at most, two sizes above. Any adjustments, such as pinning, will be noted in the product description for full transparency.

What is the condition of the vintage items?
Vintage items are 20+ years old, so expect normal signs of age and wear. Transparency is important to us. Within each item listing, you'll find detailed descriptions unique to each garment and accessory, along with multiple product shots. If there is a visible flaw, we notate and photograph it in the listing. Please ensure to read item descriptions before placing an order. While we source high-quality items, flaws are rare, but if present, we always disclose them.
Where is the rest of my order?
Holy Thrift is comprised of multiple stylists shipping from different cities across the USA & Canada. When you have an order with multiple items, they may ship in different packages, but you’ll only pay once for shipping. We've got you covered <3
What is the return policy?
You can add Seel return assurance to your order at checkout to receive FREE 30-day returns. If Seel is not added to the order, the item is final sale (except in the case of any error on our part).

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Sometimes, the post office doesn’t scan a package, causing a delay in tracking between warehouses. Rest assured, your package is on its way. If it has been 10 business days and your package has not arrived, the best and quickest course of action is to visit your local USPS with your tracking number, and they will locate exactly where the package is held up.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout, as they vary based on the package's destination. We typically use DHL to ship international orders for ease and speed.
I purchased the Seel return insurance; how can I start my return?
Email us at team@holythrift.com with the first and last name used at checkout and the item you want to return. We will create a return label for you, covered by us.
Once you ship it back and we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund if the return falls within the 30-day window from the delivery date. If you initiate this process after 30 days, the item becomes final sale.
