90s vintage light khaki strapless linen mini dress! By the brand DeCo, made in USA. Marked as size small, pinned slightly for the pics! Has elastic around the very top band (28" unstretched) but no stretch elsewhere. Waist is about 27", hips are about 35", length is about 25". Side zipper closure.
