90s vintage black and gray striped flare pants with a lace up side detail! By old school Charlotte Russe, made in USA. Thick stretchy material! Super flattering fit. Marked as size 5, best for XS. Approximate measurements: 28" waist (low waisted), 34" hips unstretched, 8" low rise, 31" inseam. Note: some light wear on the ribbon tie, not super noticeable when worn.
