These are vintage but remind me of something Comme des Garcons would make. Insane design, double layered look. High-waisted denim pants with a floral flare trouser overlay. Too big for me and pinned in the photos. Measurements: Waist 30”, Hips 44”, Inseam 28”, Rise 15”.
