Custom made 2 pc matching set comes w/ both the bell sleeve hoodie and high-waisted skirt. Alternating warm and cool flame fabric. This took me about 6 hours to sew ! Fabric does not stretch and will best fit an XS-Small. Measurement: Waist 26”, Skirt Length 16”, Top up to 42” Around, Top Length 17.5”.
