90s/early 2000s vintage black and white plaid pleated mini skirt by the brand Sweet Love! No size tag, I'd say it fits like a medium. Pinned for the pics! Approximate measurements: 32" waist (low rise), 38" hips, about 12" long. Zipper closure.
