Return policy

All sales are Final Sale and we do not offer returns, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at team@holythrift.com with information about your order to discuss a refund or exchange. 

If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please read more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here and email team@holythrift.com to initiate your return.  If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is Final Sale as stated above.

Transparency is important to us; within each item listing, there are detailed descriptions unique to each garment and accessory as well as multiple product shots. Please make sure to read item descriptions before placing an order.

If you have any questions regarding a specific garment's fit, please contact us at team@holythrift.com or dm us on instagram before placing an order.

Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage, pre-loved, and reworked garments.
