Return policy

All sales are Final Sale and we do not offer returns, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at team@holythrift.com with information about your order to discuss a refund or exchange.  Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is Final Sale as stated above.

I purchase the Seel return insurance, how can I start my return?

Email us at team@holythrift.com with the first and last name you used at checkout and the item you want to return. We will create a return label for you that is paid by us. Once you ship it back and we recieve the item we will issue a full refund as long as the return falls within the 30 day window from which it was delivered. If you take longer than 30 days to initiate this process the item is final sale. 

Transparency is important to us; within each item listing, there are detailed descriptions unique to each garment and accessory as well as multiple product shots. Please make sure to read item descriptions before placing an order.

If you have any questions regarding a specific garment's fit, please contact us at team@holythrift.com before placing an order. 

Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage, pre-loved, and reworked garments.
