Dreamy purple Betsey Johnson dress from the early 2000s. Figure-hugging fit with a ruched neckline, puffy sleeves, & a Victorian bustle-inspired ruffle in the back. Soft & stretchy cotton fabric with a ditsy floral print. Excellent, gently pre-loved condition.
