90s vintage black mini dress by La Belle, made in USA! Ruched detail down both the front and back, creates a super flattering fit! Hard to see in the first pic but visible in the second pic. Will best fit XS/S (best for a 24"-26" waist). Super stretchy! Total length is about 34" depending on how you adjust the straps. No zipper, wiggles on.
