90s vintage black midi skirt with ditsy orange/pink floral print! By the brand Uncivilized. Marked as size small but has adjustable cinchable side ties! Will fit XS-M as well. Waist measures about 36" at the largest and can adjust to be pretty much as tiny as you'd like! Best for up to 37" hips. Total length is about 27".
