Early 2000s tweed two piece pantsuit, by old school Forever21! Back when their stuff was waaay better quality. Both the pants and cute little matching halter vest top are marked as size small. Cozy wool blend material, pants are fully lined with silky polyester. Pants measurements: 28" waist (low waisted), 37" hips, 7.5" low rise, 32" inseam
