Early 2000s velvet halter mini dress by Heart Moon Star! Made in USA. Marked as size medium (28" waist), pinned for the pics! Stretchy and comfy! No zipper, wiggles on. Total length (from the top of the neckline to the hem) is about 29". Pics don't quite do the color justice, its a gorgeous chestnut brown with a golden sheen when it catches the light!
