Light wash denim Y2K cargo shorts! From the brand Angels these early 2000s shorts feature a rope string waistband, velcro cargo side pockets, and no back pockets. Marked a size 9 with a 30 inch low rise waist. You can tie the waistband as tight as you need to fit! There is some slight discoloration due to age, but it is not very noticeable.
