Clear vinyl PVC plastic fabric. See thru allover perf for showing off tattoos or layering fishnets under. Pulled from my personal closet unfortunately just dont fit me anymore. I included last pic which was after a full night of wearing them and how they were styled. One mark near bottom hem is the only flaw. Measurements: Waist 26”, Hips 36”, Rise 12, Inseam 28”.
