90s/early 2000s vintage brown and cream tropical floral halter dress! By the brand Trixxi. Marked as size small (24"-26" waist). Super stretchy! Suede-like halter tie with chunky beaded details. Approximate total length (from the top of the bust area to the longest point of the handkerchief-style hem), is about 38". No zipper, wiggles on.
