Puffy tulle underlayer. Halter neckline. The condition on this is not good. She needs a cleaning and the bottom is torn. I liked wearing it like that bc I feel like it’s a look but it can also just be taken off and worn as a midi dress. Fits like an XS. Measurements: Waist 24”, Bust 32”, Length approximately 43”.
