MEET THE TEAM

HOLY THRIFT AKA Nada

In 2017, I founded Holy Thrift with a dream: to make vintage clothing accessible to everyone. This platform is a vibrant hub where a collective of passionate vintage sellers can collaborate, inspire, and grow together. Our mission is fueled by the belief that vintage fashion is not only unmatched in its unique charm but also in its positive impact on the environment. With enough clothing on the planet to dress the next six generations, embracing vintage fashion promotes sustainability and significantly reduces waste. Join us in celebrating the past and creating a stylishly sustainable future!

HOLY MAMA AKA Ola

Meet Holy Mama aka my mom aka the secret weapon of Holy Thrift. Ola is a mixed media artist who dabbles in interior design, sculptures, and up-cycled furniture but in 2019 she decided to hunker down & commit herself to being the go to accessories stylist for Holy Thrift.

She started with up cycling charms from old designer bags into necklaces and quickly got on some of the most famous celebrities miss tana marie. Once that hit a celling due to the brands reaching out and telling us to cut it out, she switched to statement chain belts, bags and watch chokers. She describes her pieces as crazy and unusual. Ola spends her week bouncing around from the thrift to estate sales to her fav store Lowe’s to gather supplies to make her statement pieces.

Her latest venture is opening and managing our first ever Holy Thrift brick and mortar store in the heart of the Plaza District in Oklahoma City. She’s filled the 1800 square foot space from wall to wall with necklaces, earrings, belts, bags, watch chokers, the works.

There’s no Holy Thrift without Holy Mama!

JESS THRIFT IT AKA Jess

Hi! It’s Jess 🦋 I’m one of the stylists at Holy Thrift. I sell vintage under the name Jess Thrift It and create custom designs under Energy Angel. Known as the resident Virgo, I also handle data analytics and email marketing for the site.

I've been passionate about selling vintage since middle school, went full-time in 2016, and joined Holy Thrift in 2019 💜 My style effortlessly oscillates between hip-hop streetwear and a cheeky, playful vibe. I'm heavily influenced by the late '90s and early 2000s, having grown up on Aaliyah, Spice Girls, and Bratz!

CHLOTHING STORE & SPICE WORLD aka Chloë

Hi!! It's Chloë. I sell vintage under Spiceworld and have my own brand, Chlothing Store, where I showcase my original and handmade designs. Consider me the unofficial queen of statement pieces—you'll find plenty of bold and unique items in my vintage shop. I'm a Scorpio, originally from Oklahoma City but now living the dream in Los Angeles. Thrifting has been a part of my life since birth, and I started making my own clothes about five years ago.

As the head of vendor recruitment for Holy Thrift, I'm always on the lookout for new shops to join our ever-growing team.

LAISVĖ VINT AKA Aina

My name is Aina (eye-na), I’m a stylist here at Holy Thrift. My shop name is Laisvė Vint! Think chic model-off-duty meets Sex and the City vibes—that's the essence of my shop's style. I love silk, Bebe, and all things mid to early 2000s.

I love vintage clothing because it helps you curate your individuality through your wardrobe. I truly believe that fashion and what we wear is a reflection of our inner selves. I feel my best when I'm dressed head to toe in vintage, wearing an outfit I know no one else will be wearing.

I got into selling & wearing vintage in 2018, and by 2021 I was lucky enough to become a part of the Holy Thrift team! I help run the Holy Thrift Instagram, as well as shoot & style photoshoots that we use for the site & socials. I've also just recently spearheaded our in-house blog

SICKO KITTENS AKA Alex

hi ! my name is alex and i make sicko kittens ♡

I have loved clothing since i was very young. When i was a kid, my aunt would outfit me in sexy name-brand outfits that made me feel like i was someone special. Looking back, I realize how much those early experiences shaped my perception of myself and the trajectory of my life.

As i grew older, i thought a lot about where i fit in the world, what i wanted to say and how i wanted to feel and the clothes were my physical expression of these ideas. i gravitated towards wearing things no one else was wearing and the weirder the better. I was amazed how an outfit could put me in a completely different state of mind. i think of creative thinking as a muscle and i had been using this muscle since i was a child! So as an adult, naturally, i felt compelled to create.

But it wasn't always so easy or clear since clothing never seemed like a serious option. Instead, i looked for school, sports, friends, etc to fill this blank but they didn’t. I didn’t know what i wanted to do with my life and i felt i wasn’t good at anything nor did i like anything! But when i started sewing clothes it clicked in a way that nothing had before. It captivated me where i could sew for hours and hours and i would become lost in it. Executing a creative idea feels so euphoric and intoxicating and i wish i could live in that state forever. sicko kittens is my one and only and it’s this or nothing.

To all of the girls who buy my clothes, i love you and I hope that each piece you own and every photo you see evokes the same joy and elation that I experience in bringing them to life. ♡

xoxo

AVENIR VERT AKA Olivia

Hi! It’s Olivia from Avenir Vert! I make reworked vintage pieces both one of one & made to order designs.

I’ve had a desire to take care of the environment since I was 12 years old, when I adopted a vegan lifestyle. I became interested in how we as consumers can be gentle on the planet we call home. Simultaneously, I am a girl raised by the internet, I love fashion, & femininity. I love the radical expression of art & fashion. When I was 17 years old I started Avenir Vert, where I found a way to combine my seemingly unrelated interests in environmentalism & fashion.

Avenir Vert uses recycled materials for modern styles, never sacrificing the environment for expression.

I am originally from outside Boston, but moved to Montreal in 2019 for university. I’m a total homebody, a 22 year old cat lady, and recently was quoted as saying “I don’t party, but I make clothes for girls who do."

CAROLANNIE AKA Carol

Hi I’m Carol, born and raised in Southern California☀️ I’ve been collecting and selling vintage clothing since I was 16, almost 10 years now! When I’m not busy hunting for preloved treasures, I’m usually crocheting or knitting funky one of a kind pieces. I’m so grateful to be part of Holy Thrift, these talented gals inspire me every single day🫶🏻

HAZY VINTAGE AKA Sophie

Hey! It’s Sophie 🧚 I’ve been a stylist with Holy Thrift since 2019 🩷

One-of-a-kind vintage denim is my specialty. I’ve always been obsessed with the hunt, because I believe there’s nothing like your favorite pair of jeans to make you feel sexy & confident👖❤️ When I’m not thrifting, you can find me playing with my cat, reading, or practicing yoga here in Seattle ☔️🐱📚☕️

ARIES HEAVEN VINTAGE AKA Deja

My name is Deja and I run Aries Heaven Vintage! I have been selling secondhand clothing since 2014. I started selling my thrift finds out of my high school bedroom, continued as a hobby throughout college and now it’s my main gig!

My shop has ALWAYS prioritized accessibility sizing. Nearly all items are sized 8-18+ since the beginning. AHV will continue to bridge the size gaps that often exist in the curated thrift community.

Aside from fab clothing, my interests include playing Hello Kitty Island Adventure & TS4, hot yoga, yummy beverages and reading feminist lit.<3

BROKE BADDIE BOUTIQUE AKA Hannah

Hi angels, Hannah here! Broke Baddie Boutique is my sustainable small business & dream come true. Nothing makes me happier in this world than inspiring confidence, creativity, & empowerment through the medium of fashion.

I believe that identity is everything, and our wardrobe plays a major part in manifesting our reality! So here’s my style advice: always dress like you’re living in your highest timeline 😉 because you are, babe!

Ever since I can remember, I have had a HUGE passion for fashion—especially vintage clothing! I specialize in unique, expressive pieces with an emphasis on romantic silhouettes, rich colors, & luxurious fabrics.

I also LOVE to upcycle & rework garments that would otherwise end up in a landfill. Recycling is the future of fashion! Keeping fashion circular is the only way to save this planet from becoming a wasteland of cheap polyester. So if you buy your clothing secondhand, I want to personally say this—THANK YOU for being part of the solution, and taking fabulous steps towards positive change. ❤️

TIMELESS WEAR AKA Amber

Hi HT! I’m Amber and I am the person behind Timeless Wear.

I’m from across the pond born and bred in the UK 🇬🇧. I grew up going to charity shops, boot fairs and antique shops ( the US equivalent of the thrift store and estate sales) I feel like buying second-hand is just in my DNA 🧬.

I got into selling vintage literally by accident, by wanting to do something in sustainability I realised how important it was to recirculate what we have already. I’m still shook how many clothes have been produced (we’re still producing an estimated 80-150 billion a year) . This, combined with the creative side of styling, photography and the thrill of the treasure hunt 🏴‍☠️ to find vintage had me hooked. From wanting to recirculate the past for the now , Timeless Wear was born.

Fast forward 6 years and it’s so crazy how this is my full time job. Over the years Timeless Wears style has evolved since we begun but all I’ve ever wanted is people who wear and buy the clothes to feel their most confident sexy self. I find my confidence in the clothing I wear and source from the shop so I hope you do too. Nothing is more special than finding a unique 1 of 1 vintage piece.

If I’m not doing Timeless Wear, I’ll either be feeding my pigeon army, pole dancing or giving myself a new stick and poke tattoo.

What’s new in this week from us on Holy Thrift? Expect to find summer pieces with a grungey twist. I only source the most unique and special pieces that I hope you can have in your wardrobe for years to come.

Thank you for supporting me always!! 🎀🧺🏴‍☠️🐀

VITCH AKA Julia

hi, i’m julia + my shop is called vitch ⚠︎︎

vitch offers american + european vintage, from closet essentials to statement pieces for the bold + sexy. i love to travel and often source items for the shop while i’m abroad.

i’ve been selling vintage since 2018, and have been collecting forever. my entire wardrobe is vintage or things i've handmade or reworked. i despise everything about the fast fashion industry and am passionate about the self expression and individuality that comes with wearing vintage.

OHLEELOO AKA Annabelle

Hey! I’m Annabelle and my vintage clothing brand is Ohleeloo. I sell rare vintage and designer pieces sourced from Italy, France, and Japan. I got into fashion reselling in 2019 by selling my personal items because I couldn't have a job as a French immigrant in the USA. I officially launched Ohleeloo in 2021, but due to traveling back and forth to care for my sick mom in France, I couldn't go full-time. This year, I'm finally able to dedicate myself to it 100%, and I'm super excited!

I've always wanted to be my own boss and knew from a young age that I wouldn't work for anyone else but myself. I've never had a regular job, and I feel really fortunate to be able to run my own business.

Do you buy items, as well as sell them? I have evening bags, coach purses, tons of jewelry that I would like to sell. I run a small business selling jewelry on eBay, but am running out of room in my garage Apt (nw 15th & Indiana, plaza district). Thank you.
